Thanks to the SMART ŻYWIEC - (r) - evolution project.
All trainings are free of charge! Taking part in trainings gives a lot of benefits such as: learning team play, self-discipline through concentration training, learning how to control emotions, possibility of making new friends. Most of all  it is a great  opportunity to improve general physical fitness and body resistance regardless of age.
